David practices in the area of real estate and business litigation.
Background
During law school, David worked in the Natural Resources Division of the Attorney General's Office and was an extern for the Honorable Michael C. Hayden of the King County Superior Court. David was also a member of the University of Washington's team at the Jessup International Law National Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C. in 2006, where he won Best Speaker. David's team also won the Regional Competition in Austin, TX, and was awarded First-Place Brief.

- Tidewater Cove Condominiums v. Tidewater Cove LLC: Counsel for luxury condominium association; investigated as-built condition of seven large residential buildings and a clubhouse; prosecuted construction defect claims against developers and subcontractors; negotiated settlements totaling more than $11 million
- Miles v. Shanghai Zhenhua: Represented children of deceased longshoreman in wrongful-death action arising from defective crane; confidential settlement
- Hunters Ridge Condominiums v. Sherwood Crossing, LLC and E.A. White Construction Co., LLC: Prosecuting claims for construction defects and developer malfeasance
- Overlook Condo Ass'n v. AIG and American States Ins. Co.: Prosecuted insurance bad faith claims against two large insurers arising out of denial of coverage in construction defect suit; confidential settlements reached.
- Klahanie Association: Providing general counsel to large planned community
- Rainer Vista v. Dwelling Company: Prosecuted and settled claims for defective in-floor heating system
- Serenity at Juanita: Prosecuting claims for defective conversion of condominium
- Yorokopi v. RP Bellevue: Represented business purchaser/commercial tenant in dispute with seller and landlord; negotiated resolution
